We offer 5 spacious bedrooms with lovely views. The villa also offers a spacious living room and dinning area. A fully equipped kitchen, a storage as well as a pool and spacious yards. Also TV with a continental satellite system, Dvd player, CD/radio player.
Our villa is 260.02 m2 total, in 3 floors, in a land of 809 m2 with 5 bedrooms.
1st floor:
Living room, fitted Italian kitchen, storage room, bedroom, full bathroom (jacuzzi bath and shower cabin), a special laundry room, fireplace. The furnishing of the first level consists of two four-seater sofas which convert into double beds, furniture for television (Cretan carved drawers), dining room, table football, American pool table, full bedroom with two beds and two Cretan carved bedside.
2nd floor:
Living room, dining room, Italian kitchen, bedroom (2 beds metal), full bathroom with walk-in shower, fireplace. The furnishing of the first level consists of complete living room carved Cretan, dining skrinio, trunk (all the furniture is handmade and carved the Cretan style)
3rd floor:
3 bedrooms, bathroom (hydromassage). The two bedrooms are furnished lacquered and the third has a full bedroom with double bed (wood-metal)
Surroundings:
At the yard there is a swimming pool of 5mx10m and a 1.5m deep, with armchairs, chairs, tables, umbrellas and a shower by the pool covered by a tiled roof pergola. Near the pool is the build barbecue and oven as well as a traditional stone water sink. Also Parking space for 2 cars.
All the surrounding area has been planted with fruit trees and ornamental plants.
