Description
Plakias is located about 35 km south from Rethymnon, in front of the south Crete sea. Plakias is a settlement of about 200 population. At Plakias you can find many tourist shops, supermarkets, travel agencies, rent a cars, fish tavernas in front of the waves, and two bars-clubs.

Plakias is a quite popular tourist resort and has a nice sandy beach with the crystal clear waters of south Crete.
