Description
Filaki is a traditional village of about 60 population. It is a rural village with mountainviews and seaviews, looking over a valley of olive trees and with a river seperating the prefecture of Chania with Rethymnon. The village has a local 'cafenion' and in Episkopi, which is 1,5 km away you can find supermarkets, post office, all kind of shops and more tavernas and cafenions. The beach of Stavromenos is 4 km and the beach of Kavros is 6 km away. Rethymnon, the nearest town is about 15 km away and Chania about 50 km.
