Description
Maroulas is a traditional village of about 200 population, it is located 10 km east from the center of Rethymnon and 3,5 km from the sea. Maroulas is a quiet village on the top a hill overlooking the a vast olive tree grove and the sea. Many Venetian tower-houses exist in the village, narrow streets, arches, and it is one of the few traditional settlements of Rethymnon.

At the distance of 3-4 km at Adelianos Kampos and Platanes you can find many supermarkets (Lidl is at 3 km), rent cars, travel agencies, bars, clubs, hotels, and all type of services as the area is a big tourist attraction.
