Description
Hromonastiri is a traditional village of about 450 population. it is located 5,5 km south from Rethymnon and the northern Crete beach. Hromonastiri is a quiet village inside a green area with lots of trees, with old styled houses and narrow streets, it has a rough country and mountain view and the people are quite hospitable.

Hromonastiri has a kafeneion, a church, however in 3km at the village of Rousospiti you can find a supermarket, also in 5.5 km at the northern coast of Rethymnon you can find many supermarkets, rent cars, travel agencies, bars, clubs, hotels, and all type of services as the area is a big tourist attraction.
